Tylorstown Rugby Football Club HistoryThe club was founded in 1903 and gained W.R.U status in 1937, the club were founding members of the Welsh Youth Rugby Union and the Mid District Rugby Union, the club have played at Penrhys Park since 1934. the club house was opened in 1964 by the then club president Elfed Davies MP who became Lord Davies of Penrhys in 1974. Tylorstown RFC has the unique Record of being the first club in the rhondda valleys to run a Second XV, Third XV , Womens XV and Youth XV Club's Roll of HonourW.R.U National League Champions Divison 3 south East 2009/2010.
